Thanks guys.

To be honest it was very simple. It was just a lazy weekend project haha.

I started off by using cardboards cutouts and testing them on the case. My base measurements were 18.5cm x 14cm for the 5.25" bays and 32.5cm x 15.5cm for the PSU plate. This will probably be a bit different for you.

Then I ordered solid, matte black perspex sheets (4.5mm thick for PSU plate and 2.5mm for 5.25" bays). I intentionally had the cutouts about 1 or 2mm more than the actual size just to be safe. Then I proceeded to test it, sand it down, test it again, sand it down further, until it fitted perfectly.

The 5.25" bays cover is just taped on and doesn't require exact fit, just enough to cover everything.

While the PSU plate is just sitting on top of the PSU with 1mm rubber spacers underneath. If you get it to fit perfectly, it's going to be sturdy. You'll need to remove the HD cage first, lay the PSU cover, then put the HD cage back. The cage basically acts as a clamp for the plate.

I live overseas now (got it done there) so cannot recommend a place back home. But if you use the keyword "plastics" under Yellow Pages, there are a number of fabricators out there.

Just give them the measurements. It should be very cheap.

I believe we do have people selling these at the garage sales but AFAIK there didn't sell the black ones. Not enough demand I guess.

By any chance, can I contact CoolerMaster or its Malaysian distributor for CM690 front panel board replacement? The bloody audio jacks wears off so quickly after a few headphones insertion. Emailed to CoolerMaster's support but got no reply. Bad after-sales support.

for mid tower, get CM 690II, Max VGA card length 304mm, HAF 922 should fit but I'm not so sure.
but to be safe, get the full tower like HAF X
