im wondering how to remove the dust filter for the top of the 690 II advanced. its blocking the exhaust airflow which is the worst part of this casing!

switch it with intake flow... no point for block the exhaust

Pretty easy actually. See how the metal mesh is held in place by the folded bits? Just fold them back and slightly separate the metal mesh from the top panel. Then you just slide the filter out.

Alternatively, you can just try and tug the filter out. It's not securely fixed to the top panel.

First one I see here. I notice the top exhaust fan is different. Show us some inside pics.

i'm still puzzled on which case to buy for my upcoming plaything

yea..me too... i hope CM can update their ATCS lineup...i like such low profile casing alumininium look alike
(yea, to compete with silvertone, lian li) .... because current offers by cm mostly similar (indeed)..they just different in front panel only.
like that enforcer is rebadged of haf912... so far only cm690ii caught my eye... but that still 'not' low profile enough

anyway, im waiting for new lineup ...

Totally agree with you. Been missing ATCS n Cosmos cases. Hoping that they upgraded and come up with a refreshed designs.
How about the CM Prototype? No news at all?

yea, cm prototype nice too.low profile tower...i think full tower...but i believe its final name is not 'prototype'...
CM , please give us something big this year give life to ATCS, cosmos.

sounds like a developing case lolz.."prototype"..
but it looks like atcs kind of case

CM better be on with it, or I'll be force to switch side..lol
To be honest, CM now is making a good case instead of increadible.
Not many new inovations to be incorporated in their designs.
NZXT looks promising but radical design.
Corsair a newcomer but the price is a bit ridiculous.
Or is it me being choosy..

honestly, for me, silverstone raven,corsair are nice although too pricey...but cooler master is more 'universal' ..u know... we can make a lot of modding with it....
anyway, i still stick with cm... waiting new lineup ..i mean totally "NEW" chassis...
