@boy like i told you, with stock rom even with lower radio or higher radio rom it wont improve much.
choose lite custom rom with higher radio rom, also certain radio and rom combination will surely improve your reception signal and gps fix.

QUOTE(Boy96 @ Sep 16 2010, 11:28 AM) Garmin Mobile XT, Waze, Google Maps Added on September 16, 2010, 11:29 amNon of the cooked ROM amazes me, I just like the interface of the stock ROM - but after flash back to 2.06.51.07 my GPS position is still inaccurate but within 30-40 meters instead of 300 meters.. but now at my house only get Full bar EDGE, the newest radio before this got 2 bar HSPA Most of Dutty's ROMs use the stock interface. He removes unwanted apps and introduces some useful apps and configurations to make the ROM light and fast.

The android rom will not affect warranty. As long as you remove the dual boot cab any any shortcut boot cab to it there is no way SIS will know you have install android as the android runs off from the sd card. A hard reset on the windows mobile will remove all traces of Android Most people do not do a proper and correct way to restore stock rom. Once the phone is HSPL, it stays there even if you install back the original radio and stock rom. SIS just need to go to bootloader mode and they will know phone has being HSPL. There is a simple well written procedure at XDA explaining the right way to do - is very simple This post has been edited by benny888: Sep 19 2010, 05:59 PM

You need to run either market access or market enabler to access the full android market which include paid apps. Infact some of the free apps is not in the free android market but appear only in paid market as such developers expect users will eventually buy the paid version. Whatever apps the hd2 can access in the free market is same as other android phones I have started a new thread at. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1554156 to discuss android on hd2. This to avoid mixing up with windows related discussions here This post has been edited by benny888: Sep 19 2010, 06:47 PM

Now dunno why i connect the phone, there's no more pop up for me to choose whether to charge/sync/disk. like tat cannot put stuff in my sd card liao

Go to Settings > Connection > USB to PC
Check enable "Ask me first about USB...." at the bottom to always get the popup.
