The best backup n restore software is titanium backup n is free app , download from market
Use it to to do full backup. After install, run the Problems tab and go to batch , select the backup options you want , many choices
When restore to a new rom, untick or deselect all the red colored items as these are system files n settings from last backup rom. You will have all your previous rom apps fully restored including their settings
Another good backup is mybackuppro , there is also a free version. This program you can select to restore program, program n it's data, or data only
Just test n decide which you prefer

Thank you very much Benny, So it's fine for me to flash to latest Artemis ROM and then copy the "mattc Leo + Froyo w/Sense 1.7" into my freshly formated SD CARD (Flash with the WinMo's Format SD Card program). Then "run clrcad ( you will have no respond , is to enable sound) follow by haret.exe.?
Does this means that i will have dual ROM bootup?
Yes. Yes. Yes
Make sure you install the dual boot cab
When you switch off android, it will restart into windows mobile. From windows mobile you can switch back to android by just selecting the android tab. There are several ways to do it. Some android roms will auto put a android shortcut on windows/programs n you can then put this as a shortcut on homecreen. Some roms will auto restart n what you se is a home screen with 2 icons - android n windows mobile. Some roms, you have to locate the android shortcut on card
If your android port cannot restart from windows, most probably your windows rom not suitable. That,s why I say a fresh format sdcard will help u eliminate issue of card or android rom problem
