Hi, I just got the offer to do a postgrad course in UTM.. Would like to know which hostels i can apply to. I'm a girl BTW. A friend of mine (guy) also got the offer and would also enquire about the same.

which faculty? College 9 i think. since a lot of new buildings just behind the college but not in walking distance. If you have vehicle, any college would be fine

Both of us are going to join built environment faculty. Im asking so because when I called up utm up last month, the officer said I can only apply to kolej datin seri endon. But I wish to apply to one which has single with bathroom option.

The advantage of enrolling into 2nd semester is u have less competition, hence better chance.

The disadvantage is most colleges would be full at this point, so u r left with limited choices.

I recommend just take whatever u got for this sem, but later apply to a different college for the following sem.

What r u studying in FAB?

Both of us will be there to study master in architecture.

u can find Assoc. Prof Dr. Abdullah Sani Ahmad, he's one of our lecturers (architecture), who is currently holding the position of chairman of majlis pengetua kolej (basically big boss of all kolej bosses). he can help sort u out to get the college u want, assuming there are places of course.

22nd is cuti ganti for chinese new year. our 1st day briefing (a major event where all architecture students and lecturers gather) will be on the 23rd (monday).

Oh I c... Hehe.. Then I can stay at my kampung for one more day! Thats great news!

Registration is on coming 10th of feb.

my registration date on 10.can i go back or need to stay at college?last time they said i can stay at college starting 10 feb.will there be any person around???is there any orientation???for postgraduate...i ask whether i should go back and come later but the person said no need to...can straight away stay at college...but now im scared if im de only one in de college...
