i am puzzled tho, certain parts of my area has already been connected to unify for past 3-4 months or so but no development to my part of the housing area. i was like wadafak. come on la.

the part which had been unified (if u may) in taman sri watan and my area is like just across the road/ across a small playing ground field but yet there's delay to install it. haih so frustrated.

Which jalan are you on? i am near Jalan Watan 21, been checking Unifi's site 3X a day everyday since they installed the white box behind my house..

no more online promo.. the 1mth free when apply online is gone. now you get the same promo either apply online or agent.

that is correct. its called superspeedme promo.
for the next 3 mths after upgrading to unifi you still pay your streamyx price.
on the 4th month onwards pay the normal unifi price.

I think u should call TM and ask, why the box long time already here but no coverage on unifi site..

If Unifi no coverage, Maxis also no coverage.

Woke up this morning and saw my house jalan full with "UniFi kini ada di sini" bunting, but then I check the UniFi site, still not listed worr.. -.-

Yeah, Jalan Watan 19 & 21 got those bunting, but they never bothered to update their website, is these buntings set up by the agents /resellers or TM themselves?

BTW, I went to Maxis Pavilion today, they used UniFi's website to check for coverage 

Just now got someone from TM going house to house collecting details, he said if got 5 house that show interest, only then they will install

White box already installed, just that they need 5 houses that is interested to activate it. Dunno true or not

There's good proof. Internet connectivity in both Penang and Klang Valley is ahead of the rest of the country.

Both are opposition states. They have better agreement with alternative telcos and fairer policies.

Anddd today after more than 2 years waiting, UniFi is available. Going to install it on 11/8

How sure are you? Living in Selangor since 2010 still a big dissapointment, no impovement at all in my area. All i know rubbish, potholes, illegal gambling are everywhere!!

LOL? Penang and Klang Valley because there are massive growth over there and most of high salaries working in that area. Seriously just business, no politics involve.  Kedah got what? Tell me? Except for Kulim which is a high industrial park, Alor Setar is like nothing, no hsbb yet, omg, seriously u r in denial and clouded by ur biased view.

I wish i get some money handouts and gambling is the biggest social ill that leads to crimes, petty telfh and loan sharks ! No potholes mean no potholes in the pocket coz no need to repair car change tyres simple as that. To have money it is also to manage money, if you have a car that is still good no need to change to a new model just to keep up with the Joneses. You should look at a bigger picture here not just take what you heard from coffee shops or ceramahs. What can i say about rubbish, people tend to throw rubbish everywhere, a proper enforcement is needed.

In my area i have my old faithful 1Mb Streamyx (max speed in my area) which it have served me well for my email and browsing my internet. Well if i am into online gaming, gambling or movie downloading i will cry for higher speed. I would not mind higher speed but I need to be patient coz i know Unifi just started 2 years ago and Malaysia is not as small as Singapore to fully fiber optic all the nooks and cranies.
