The thing is, The Unifi stall is set up on Jalan Watan 20, which is NOT in the coverage area 

Yes, that fibre cable have been hanging right behind my house... Still website says no coverage, but when i on wifi i see someones SSID, xxx@unifi ...

a mr azli from unifail customer service confirmed to me
that unifail slow speed is cable problems
and that this is not malaysia fault
bt as last time screamyx customer service told me
its overseas problems
looks like this is the end of unifail again
now lets all call n complain about our problems with unifail

i call unifail cs for explaination on slow connection
this mr azli say the slow connection to overseas is
-underwater cable problem
-overseas server problem
so my vip20 can only get below 1mbps only
this is not unifail fault
if i connect within malaysia get 20mbps
then its ok
case closed
n insist on closin my report
