some UniFi guy just came to my house, applied for the 5MB line, gonna replace current 4MB Streamyx.. end of November will start the installation process..

i live in subang bestari and i just called them about the availability coverage of unifi in my area they say maybe by end of this year or beginning of this year which i doubt they can make it on time @___@

Applied for VIP20. Contacted TM today and get answer back: CODE Refer to your e-mail dated 22th October 2010, on UniFi application status. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking our system, we have found that you are already in our reseller lists. Unfortunately, we would like to informed that currently your residential address is still NOT serviceable yet. However, once your residential address is serviceable, you will be contacted by our personnel. We hope the explanation has revert to your enquiry. 3 months ago i saw they installed FDC around my area.. and yesterday i saw them installing the cable.. i call TM but they said my area not yet receive the unifi.. mayb im too early called TM..

sometime if you saw them laying cable, install FDC stuff doesn't mean your place gonna be ready in a month. They need to provide the network to your area as well as the port.
When my plc first start to lay cable was during early of this year but august only got Unifi due of the availability network/port for my area. I was surprise my area which is not in list have the availability port so soon. |

eventhough you gyus saw they laying cables, doenst mean its ready when they're finished.
my area already layed cable and the white boxes, but its not ready yet.  |
