With this kind of depth should have settle the soil issue, no?

If we buy MRTA, who will assists to issue policy to us? Should check with lawyer or bank? Is MRTA policy need any beneficiary?

If u buy MRTA from the bank, then the bank will get the insurance company to issue the policy to you.. noneed beneficiary coz if you buy from the bank.. the bank is automatically the beneficiary..

they are selling@min 495psf nett for the residential unit, which comes with semi furnished i.e aircond, kitchen cabinet, lightings.. etc.. No more early bird discount..
