Anyway, manage to snap some photos just now when passing by
didnt see any colourful soil that you mention, but i saw a few small "mountain campur"(see Pic 02 below) which my colleague told me that its actually rubbish, not sure how true

I was passing by last night and found the hill smaller. where are the earth dumped?

2nd progressive payment is expected to be at July. Be sure to sign your SPA ya..
LRT station are also undergoing cleaning progress, and expect to start very soon.

Earth dumped went to somewhere else lol. Is good that the hill smaller, means they are doing the work on clearing tr land. Some ppls said, rubbish dump site is a gold land. But some ppl said that it is disgusting and no-no. Still, alot of the buyer are buying it even they know it is a rubbish dumpsite. Some o them are even from ara itself.

yesterday got agent call me, last 2 block open, 1 soho 1 residence, 4XXpsf.....if u interest can go USJ 1 there have a look, the sale office there..

ex rubbish dump site. saw them remove loads n loads n loads of rubbish. not sure if the ground is stable. houses build some time back nearby had their land sinking, and a few owners who had some reno done, the contractor told them they had to cart away loads of rubbish underneath their houses...
Nearby low-cost flats had also similar issue, i.e. build on rubbish...all these was highlighted a couple of yrs ago in a chinese newspaper. Anyway since the developer did cart away loads of rubbish, it is possible the land is more stable, and the stigma n stench etc. will all be gone as well. Anyway my 2 sen input only. cheers.

The reason of diff pricing is quite reasonable but of course it might be a little bit higher. But as to compare to similar project at the surrounding, u will get the picture.
