3-4 yrs down the road, more props will be VP'ed, so should have more catchment, at least 5-10k ppl?

oasis is partly ready now, so, should attract some working ppl to start going there. with that, some might move over as well.

Yes, dana1 isn't doing that well as of now. Might become better later. Even bandar puteri puchong also took some time to reach current state.

that's bcoz speaking in one's capacity as a SA, their own products/services must look positive only otherwise how to attract customers. no offence to any SA here..it's just a general statement.

Added on August 11, 2010, 10:15 pmlatest news is that developer will increase price to 550psf. if you are keen, still have few to choose from.

the permit will be out soon!!

correct me if i'm wrong, i DON'T think the new LRT is going to be NEXT TO Dana 1 or anywhere along Subang airport road.

Most probably it is going to be located at the current LRT Depot.

If that is the case, then it will be a lot of DIFFERENCE in terms of transportation convenience!

Any doubts just go to Prasarana or MOT to check out the LRT location!

Lol.....i suggest you the one to go check it out again. Near LRT depot at Crimson will be one (STN01) and STN02 will be the one near to PP.
No one can assure this will be the final master plan. But for current plan, you indeed wrong.

Fyi, if it's at Crimson AND one more near to PP, then there's more than one station (within 1km of each other??) . Are you sure? It's not feasible to have 2 LRT stations within such short distance.

I'm of the opinion there's just going to be ONE in Lembah Subang near Crimson and that's it and I won't go so far to say that I'm wrong.

Anyway, best to put a picture of the plan here since they have roughly indicated the "planned stations" locations, or better still, go to the public gallery to check it out.
