i see no much different at a200 also either in camera or RAW via IDS
so most of the time turn off

A2XX n A3XX dro imae not really differnt lol.. want to see the different, shoot in RAW n tweak the DRO as much as u liking in IDS..

ya im shooting raw now, n bout the shaprness setting, i dun c any effect also. y r i macam got alot problem 1

why play at sharpness setting? go at D-Range Optimizer there bro,

A2 and 3 series, have entry DRO, yes u can see the diff, but by small margin, best to see if u shoot a sun+shade, u will see the shade slightly brigthen up(2-3%, which is really low).

u can shoot in raw, which it pull out better dynamic range in IDS, (better doesnt mean more, better as the color are more vivid then A2/3's body bionz processing) or pull the slider urself to bring out the effect more.

photoshop can pull shadow out more, but it loses it's color range.

me using A200 also turn off the DRO bmost of the time because it makes your picture noisy sometimes... maybe on high-end alpha can see real difference

I usually keep the DRO to dro+, unless when shooting b&w or purposely dark images only i off dro. Reduce unnecessary noise
