after rooted and installed xrecovery, i tried to installed ginger DX, but after reboot it onli hangs at loading screen..
same happen when try with another CM7 ROM..any steps i missed out??

why my X8, xrecovery doesnt working??? reboot with pressing back button and still not appear... after rooted and installed xrecovery, installed ginger DX, after reboot working good..suddenly try to reboot , doesnt appear...  |

You have successful install xrecovery before, I thought you still stuck at that step. I suggest you to use reboot option to reboot your X8 to xrecovery or CWM to see it working or not... Do not copy that 3 file yet to \system\bin folder... |

To fellow GingerDX users, you guys only use the built-in app2sd?
Have anyone try S2E instead?
Heard it should work on all CM7 based ROMS.
May flash my friend X8 with this rom soon, just wonder if you guys try this too.
I have no experience with app2sd though...

Dear all, I would like to seek for the android rooting service from the pro here Following is my phone details: Phone model: Sony Xperia X8 OS: Android OS,2.1 What I need: - Root my adroid phone - To help me enable my phone to transfer/install all the downloaded app to the SD Card (i know this can be done if the phone is rooted ) My Location: Shah Alam, working at subang If any professional here provides this service, kindly PM me with a reasonable fee. curently on froyobreadv 0.2.3
but why wifi always turn off autoamtically after 3-5second
after i turn on, it will auto off...

Imho,just stick with your rooted eclair and install customization of your own.Upgraded to ported firmware just dont do anything,just bearing those froyo/GB FW.That is just my honest opinion. best regards |

You can find backup and restore option in xRecovery menu. For contact I sync it wuth my Google account and for sms I use apps downloaded from Android Market |
