haha...SA is supposed to do those work lah..They get commision leh. Also if they don't do good job, can get bad remark in the after sales questionaire.

You see potong and peetdua where got such thing as after sales service???

BTW, i already got my free keychain for doing the questionaire but the keychain not nice leh. Ori honda keychain nicer.

The SA don't really do the running. Only get the runner to do it.

my 3M tint ish 10 years of warranty also....installed in sg...........

My SA until nw still havent gv me the free gift umbrella, honda key chain and Honda bottle ler. Almost 6 months edi. SMS he never reply also...good after sales service? All is depends on the SA 1, potong and peerdua also got good SA..good after sales service.

it's very subjective..sales service totally depend on the SA. even reputated company can have low quality service..

just wanna know, how many kilometers ur car has been run when it was delivered to you?
and what are the things I have to check when I get my car?
can someone make a checklist?

Hi guys, I am about to get my NHC soon, I'm not familiar with window tinting, but the SA is offering me the RM500 discount voucher but is need to do in the service centre (i'm not really sure). What is the advice? Can take up this offer or do outside is better?

I know most SA are greedy and evil, they will say things that will confuse and make us feel uneasy after hearing it.

Things like:
1. if you do tinting outside, the shop might swap the tint paper to lower quality and cheat u.
2. if you do tinting outside, there might be a chance they scratch ur window, if do in Honda, got warranty. (is this true ar? they will change if they scratch it? i doubt so)
3. if you do locktech outside, got involve wiring, if anything wrong, no warranty, if do in Honda, whole car burn also got warranty. (again, is this true?)

i got the offer of RM380 for locktech from my SA. As for window tinting i'm not familiar with any brands and quality at all, i just want security too, she quoted me about RM1600 after the RM500 discount voucher i think.

I didn't know honda is offering tinting in their SC
even if they have, i still suggest u do it outside bcos u don't know what is the brand of flm they are using. furthermore they r not expertise in tinting, isn't it? there are alot more other brand like raytech, ecotint, etc.. that u may try in the market. they do provide warranty varying 5 - 10 years

Sri Utama does offer tinting services at their showroom.

got my car ytd evening around 7pm ^.^
i get 1 free honda keychain, 2 honda white towel... too bad no more umbrella.. >.<
overall i am very satisfied ^.^ especially the tinting..very very gud..cant see any air bubbles until now..hehe

yeah, tinting better go to authorized dealer there to do..............confirmed will not be fake one.........

i dun do it in truely asia, becos not trustable, that's why i do it in lion city, more reliable.......no need to worry they swap ur original parts in ur car etc.....

Added on July 22, 2010, 9:36 amin the first place, honda service centre does not offer accessories like tint or locktech one, whatever u get MUST BE the individual arrangement by ur SA with outside dealer......they may not even able to install the thing at the service centre itself becos it is not official...u may be ended up cheated by ur SA on this....whatever original official accessories must be listed under the honda website....

so question here if take up the offer or do outside is actually same, i believe all done by the same group of ppl, just that in between ur SA con u how much commission only.......

nothing is 100% in this world. No doubt, there are also good SA in p1/p2. But the thing is, honda have stricter policy with their SA. They have after sales QA which client can fill up to complain. Therefore, the SA for honda is pressured to provide good service compared to p1/p2 where they only want to see sales figure. As for the free gifts promised by the SA, you can call up or sms one last time...tell him to better deliver you the promised gifts or else bad remark in the after sales questionnaire.

yesterday after work i went to raytech glenmerie branch...they looks professional...besides...they'r more friendly compare to tintmstr....huhu..

today last day to do survey before install the tinted...hehe....any suggestion (klang / shah alam area hopefully) ....

Abubin : which package u take? me thinking to take the security one...the middle range price... hopefully can reimburse the voucher given...

u wont see the bubbles so fast la. if got bubbles can complain kaw kaw d..
how long warranty they provide? what's the spec of the film they offer u?

my warranty is 10 years for all the mirror.
diamond6 spec, 6mi side, 2mil front and rear =)
