Lol, im in Sandakan too. Not local though. Posted here to work in HDOK.
Gosh, I got "All circuits are busy at the moment" when i tried to called out using normal housephone. I was trying to test the housephone coz i couldn't connect to internet. Waited 30mins and finally reconnected back to internet. But the latency now is horrible. Ping 200-300ms to google with frequent timeouts. |
