I ask TM contractor regarding this slowing on screamyx but seems they did't what happen. I don't know if they just pretend did't know or what.

Current Speed for my 1 mbps
 Try Seri Kembangan server wont even load Try reconnect couples of times with ip 115.xx & 175.xxx all same speed.  |

tmnut seems to be throttling some of the users' local/malaysian connections as well. try doing http://speedtest.tm.net.my to confirm if you are one of the affected users.
