talk to lv2 support, lv1 is for basic troubleshooting.

do not talk to level 1 support,ask them to pass you to level 2 support and tell them you dc very frequently and suspect the tm server is causing all the problem.

*next time ask for the phone number of the technician or supervisor incharge of your area.

Added on September 22, 2010, 3:17 amyou and another 49 user will suffer the same DC. each block got 50 users and will get dc at the same time.

my 512 package now capped at 448. those nuts is really and my snr margin drop to 9 from 20db

just notice it, when browsing, ping is stable at 200-300ms but when downloading, the ping shot up to 500-1000ms all the way until the download stops.. the nuts have install something to my port.....

*btw, i'm downloading HD trailers from apple website

you guys also the same ar? but mine got the capped lowered against my will on saturday....

now MU also become like xunlei...no DL, ping is ok, when MU DL, ping like xunlei, taking up all bandwidth....anybody like me?

that's why don't do last minute assignments... you will never know what might be happening ....

so its true the submarine cable got problems

today, they very busy lor...lucky manage to get thru to my technical support...my phone kena crossline then effecting my internet too...still waiting for them to fix my line...

instant loading for both

me here also having frequent DC after having cross-line for 2 weeks...they came to check all the wiring and also thru the cabinet. now they blame the cable having some problems. still waiting for them to repair. 1st, they destroy the connector box outside my house and wants me to pay for a new one, i was like wtf will get one myself and install it later.
