They send a technician after I made the complain to MCMC about the capping when I was travelling.
Later a guy from KL called me regarding the problem.
I ask him to call me back tomorrow.

No use change to unifi, last Wed have my VIP10 installed. On 1st day hotfile dload speed was 700-800kbps. The next day drop to 30-50kbps until now. Im paying for VIP10 & getting 1mbps speed. Speedtest still 10mbps. Thy really capping kaw-kaw.

I have been experiencing the hard caps almost a year already, you guys should be glad not to be in my position.

I get 2/3 of my speed being cut, both upload and download.

You should really file a complaint to TM, and if they won't entertain you, take the report number and report to MCMC. Keep calling them to ensure that your demands are met, but also always remember to be polite with them.

Latest news is that there will be no rollback. Only a "relaxation" of the caps.

The CAP is here to stay. I don't think they have any plans to remove it now.
