Guys,anyone selling ocz bahemoth here?
*
Oh God no! The Behemoth is one of the worst 'ergonomic' mice I've ever tried and tested. The grooves for your fingers are a bit awkward in some places and it forces your hand into a funny position. Not very comfortable at all. Performance wise is decent.

those who using G700, does your scroll wheel feels a lil bit flimsy?
I can hear the scroll wheel shaking if i take the mouse up and shake it...
Just want to know whether is this normal...

Yes.. Can.. It will take power from ur usb port.. But most people go for imperator.. Coz an orochi with battery makes it weightless.. Nt nice..

If say he mostly using it in wireless condition, then battery should be inside.

Some more bring around with lappie, Orochi brought some advantages, Imperator won the performance in wired condition.

Hello guys! I'm considering picking up a new gaming mouse. Can anyone give their opinions on the logitech g700? How is the mouse after using it for a few months or so?

Hi nickycheong. I have been using g700 for about a week plus now.

I can say that overall the functionality is there as advertised. U can set like 5 profiles in it and u can set as so the profile will be applied automatically when a certain application is open. for example, when you save the macro's on profile A. When program A is open, automatically profile A will replace the current general profile

However the weight is heavier than my previous MX518 which makes me kinda tired faster after long hours of usage. But you can just take off the battery, transform it into wired mode and it will be way lighter.

The rough coating on the mouse surface is a bit on the rough side (like fine sand paper) which might be a turn off at the beginning but now its better. However I still prefer the feel of steelseries ikari laser mouse coating (i have yet to try Xai)

The battery life varies. With heavy gaming, i can say it may last for 2-3 hours but for general usage, it can last all day long. The USB wire used to charge it however is too stiff and if it is braided & softer, it will be way better but i guess thats the way it is for now for all hybrid mouse.

I actually dislike the scroll wheel. it sounds and feel kinda fragile (subjective) but overall, it is a good buy considering its price of only RM250+ & i seriously recommend it if you are looking for a heavy macro hybrid mouse

thanks so much for taking the time to write about your opinion on the mouse!

In terms of the mold and feel of the mouse, I actually really prefer the Ikari Laser HEAPS over any of the mice that are out there. Thing is, for the price of an Ikari laser, I can get a wireless, fully functional mouse (that may be more value for money), like the G700.

What do you suggest?

Also, any idea where I can get a Steelseries Ikari laser at the cheapest price possible?

well to be honest, for my own personal opinion, i love steelseries ikari laser but since with that amount of money and there is a newer mouse like the g700, i think it is better to give it a try 1st but there are no test unit i think.

but if u would prefer a great mouse with just enough side buttons, i think ikari laser will suit u. i get the g700 because of its functionality. if not i would have gotten the xai/ikari

You need check out this with those Orochi owner. I didn't own Orochi, just means if you really need the portability, Orochi will be best choice among all Razer mouse.

guess there is still a while to go before consumers will really trust wireless performance.
