and stay true to the amp shit in shit out style...whats with the new gen of sets having nonsensical fancy digital display and stuff?
haha don't shoot me for this, but even a cheaper micro hifi set from panasonic sounds better and have fullset better caps compared to the multimedia speakers nowadays

Hey guys, does speaker need to charge ? I find out a weird thing of my M3400, For a cold start, the speaker sounds so weak, but after 10 minutes of blasting, the sound will turns better and louder. Something wrong with it ?

something's wrong with my Edifier C3's volume control. sometimes it won't produce any sound when turned on(this happens when the two dots below the volume indicator start to blink for a short while). Out of 10 restarts, about 5 times the problem occurs.

Any idea what's wrong?

What i thought is that the electron moves faster on higher temperature, that causes the solid state amp needs some warm up to get good sound....has the similarity to CRT that has heating filaments.

Electrons....it is like moving much freely in higher temperature. Like the vacuum tube, it is vacuum inside and once the tube is hot, thermionic emission happens, the electrons fly in vacuum to other polarity plate.

Isn't that chilling things down reduces resistance and conductivity is applied to conductor only? it is like the particle bonding is closely packed resulting better electrical conductivity....

erm planning to buy another speaker for my destop..should go for e3100 or m3400?? as i know m3400 hv the convenient of volume control so is it the sound quality of m3400 better than e3100?

Actually what's the main purpose of a teen fest in the first place? At first I though Edifier is setting up a booth at the PC Expo since both of the teen fest and pc expo are using the same venue (didn't read properly on the function. I got mixed up). Purposely went there and to my dissapointment, they are showcasing some unknown brand of speakers. Saw Sonic Gear but not interested.

Divoom sound powerful.. but their design all are photocopy~

Can anyone tell me which edifier speaker is the most descent for under RM300? Mostly listen to R&B songs. Need to good in bass and clarity. Thx

Yupp. Is Eacan and E-View. Sorry for my noobness. Never heard of such brands before. They have a dedicated speaker room towards your left upon entry to PC Expo. At first I was excited and when I stepped inside, I got really disappointed. The sound was terrible. Maybe it is just me bro. Surprisingly, lots of people purchase them on that day.

Didn't managed to go there as I was tied down on other stuffs. Does Edifier had any pictures posted up at their facebook? Tried searching there but nothing. Wasted this chance.

Dust? You mean the dust entered the the Volume Controller through the grills? Need to open up the thing?

I'm not sure if I have the receipt..where can I get repair service for the C3? I been using it for less than 2 years.

Could it be due to the woofers? What does the eidc function as?
