i told you we'll miss cech. turnbull was terrible. thats a really stupid mistake being a third choice keeper in our club. hilario was much better, i liked the long ball he threw for sturridge, if only sturridge was like drogba, we might have got a goal. regardless, danny's shot was pretty awesome, i like these kinda players. i think bruma was okay, he has the potential and room for improvement. ann holt is also a very promising player. matic is good, he has the vision, but i dont see the skills. his through balls are way too heavy for the strikers to pounce. di santo wasnt bad, but when he is man marked, he cannot really do nuts. josh is still too young for first team action, he doesnt have the experience. lalkovic runs like theres no tomorrow, i like his determination but i dont think thats very wise. is bertrand our right back? he was okay but no where near breaking into the first team.
i am surprised we played the diamond last night. the kids were clueless. they did not know how to use that system imho. |

Guys, come on, they are still young.. All of them average 17 years. Nerves I tell you.. But, they did play very sucks to the least. Main macam main kat kampung. Semua menggelabah.. But you can see some potential in Matic though. Oh well, Ramires would be good if we are about to play a fluid tactic. He's not really good in tackling, but really good in intercept the ball and start a counter attack. But well, that's based on only few matches I saw him played. Could be better could be worse though.
Anyway, KTBFH bebeh |

Ramires. Is it a first time signing? I never see he play before
But if we manage to sign him, play him as RM will be very good. |

Ramires is seriously overrated IMHO. Just one 'good' game against Chile, immediately everyone is buying into the hype. I'd rather we get Neymar to be honest. But given the boring transfer window that we have had for the past 2 seasons, the signing of Ramires (if it happens) will make us feel like we have signed Beckham!

well, im gonna be a little tough with the kids. if we're not producing, we're not moving forward. our current first eleven isnt going to last very long and i prefer for the kids to maintain our success in the prem and europe.
that is when we can say that our club did not buy success, we made them. i believe in the young kids. they'll have to work harder, like what terry did when he was a youth. Added on July 24, 2010, 8:02 pmon another news. riccy is looking for a real madrid move, i'd say we let him go quick so the likes of alex and ivanovic can play along terry. the early own goal and hilario's comical goalkeeping cost us dearly. sweet finish by studge to keep us level for a grand total of about 2 minutes , nevertheless. he drifted away in the second half though, with some poor touches and wayward passing. the one player i will single out for huge praise is nemanja matic. cool and calm in possession, and his ability to deliver those long raking passes are really beginning to shine through. to top it all off he's well built, and not easily hassled off the ball. no need to search for a ballack replacement imho. he's already in our squad. just needs to work on his shooting ability next.
QUOTE(krk24 @ Jul 25 2010, 12:53 AM) whenever a NEW season starts: sure we have some players going out injured..damn....why cant we play with FULL injury free squad?? that's right. didier was determined to play at the WC, i don't think its fair if we deprived him of that chance. as we know, for all that brawn and aggression on the pitch he's actually quite sensitive. kinda has that tendency to 'merajuk' thing. from his comments about the club being 'broken' when jose left, till the moment he pulled a long face as lampsy took the 1st penalty in the wigan mauling. we all know didier too well, so did carlo within a short space of time. so it was inevitable he was only going to do the surgery after the tournament ended. the true depth of our squad is being tested now, and i do think bosingwa's reintroduction will make a huge difference!i really missed the influenced of bosingwa......now drogba operation doesnt surprised me because he had this groin issue for a long time back....so its good to do now or never..... plooky, dunga did emphasise ramirez's ability when he remarked that the holland game could've had a different outcome, if the player was involved. the little info i managed to gather presented a combination of versatility, hard running with superb stamina, and a no nonsense type of midfielder. i'm tempted to put him in the 'essien' category so if he does arrive, we'll see if he lives up to the 'hype.' |

Chelsea -The Details on Ramires and Neymar
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « http://www.chelsea.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=519621 Added on July 25, 2010, 7:54 pmTwelve At Risk As Man City Seek To Cut Down Squad Manchester City are looking to off-load no fewer than 12 players in an attempt to trim their 37-man squad down to the 25 as required under new Premier League rules. Craig Bellamy looks set to be first to leave Eastlands with City said to be ready to accept a £4 million bid for the Welshman from Spurs. Players such as Nigel de Jong, Stephen Ireland, Jo, Felipe Caicedo, Robinho, Pablo Zabaleta, Vincent Kompany, Nedum Onuoha, Micah Richards and even Joleon Lescott could find they aren’t on the list that City must hand in to the Premier League by 1 September and the club may find themselves sitting on losses of around £40 million. Eight of the 25 names on the squad list must be ‘home-grown’. any1 we want?? Me?? Stephen Ireland,Robinho adn Micah Richards...we good to start EPL and CL..hahahha This post has been edited by Ichighost: Jul 25 2010, 07:54 PM |

interesting list! hmm it'll be ireland and robinho for me. on trimmed down wages of course.
i'm not sure city are willing to offload players to epl teams though. pretty sure they'll seek to send them away from england so the players don't come back to 'bite' them, so to speak. |
