now i understand how we got into those competitions. had to be our best string of wins at that time huh.

Cup competitions are like that la, you need a good run and some luck in there as well. As far as I can remember, we were chasing all fronts in 9798, finishing 3rd in the EPL as well. One of the better seasons then.

As per official webby, the away kit will be available to pre-order starting from tomorrow, 15/07/2010. The kit will be launched on 5th of August. Here's a leak of the away kit* (It follows the WC 2010 Japan kit template)



* But as always, this could end up as 3rd kit. Cause for the past 2 seasons, everytime they speculate that something being the away, it actually ended up as the 3rd kit and vice versa.

Um not really. EUROPA League succeeded UEFA Cup actually. The UEFA Cup Winners Cup competition was abolished about 10 years back IINM. Do check out Wiki for full details!

lol. benny gets the number 10? looks like we really want him to feel at home. i have a feeling that he is going to be the main man on the right midfield.
