this kind of result should be expected when playing away from home with such a good team like Man City.. cheer up lads.. we still have long way to go..

In contrast, Ramires still below par for me.. frankly speaking I rated Benayoun higher than him.. he really need to improve otherwise he will sit at the bench for long time when lampard back to action..

Ramires is a bit overrated..just a few good games for Brazil doesn't mean he will suit EPL style, well as u all say, give him time and see how he do,but based on his performance today and other games,I say he won't appear much anymore after Lampard comes back..

Btw wow really impress with M.City,I watched the whole game and they were like the more dominant team,we stood no chance against them,u seen their tackles and all?Chelsea played too soft, plus they always hard to get back into the game after not yet score but concede already,do u notice?

cannot agree more, chelsea looked so soft..and their defenders are beasts..once you get the ball..3 to 4 players will come to close down..their def look more solid..

2nd that,I saw near the end, when Anelka got the ball,a whole group COMPLETELY surrounded him lol,he got nowhere to go at all doh.gif

Hope next week we will be back to our usual winning ways against Arsenal though thumbup.gif We will show them that Chelsea are still champions..just a bad thing that we have weakness against M.City

I thought the game was entirely physical towards the final third of the 1st half. there were alot of roughing that referee shouldnt have jst let the play go on and this is where man city benefited.

have to agree that ramires was our weakest link tonight.. too lightweight, cant handle the roughness of city players.

positive note that i can make of tonight is carlo's beginning to put more faith and responsibility on josh. carlo probably thought it was too much of a risk to put him in too early but i'm confident now that that kid WILL get more opportunities.. oh yes, definitely..

yes, same tot, seems but then the blues should have discuss on that on the half time and don't play a game of waiting for the referee to blow the whistle... sorry to saz that should be adapt to that, rather then cry foul...

tot we going to drop points to the top team, but seems we still have that advantage... cheers to our ex-play Di Mattheo...

only wait for tomorrow MU game and see... biggrin.gif

plenty to learn from those mistakes... but overall im happy with the performance but we should have played better n lively... ramires still not gelling well with the team... n keep losing ball... man he really need to improve that if he wants to start... this is what happened what you let a player from a technical league play in physical game...

while josh is a shining star... i think hes ready to fill in lampard's shoes...

well move forward... no point mourning the lost...

ive been expecting this kind of scoreline since i think a little bit complacency shown in the last 2 games.Maybe it will be a lesson learn for the lads. Im pleased even thou we lost. it was really hard playing away..esp against citeh
