This completely take my pick.
It's a waste to put Malouda in midfield. Yuri is okay on defense and attack, cole always move forward, so yuri can cover it too.

well, ivanovic hasnt done very well on the left back position so far this season. ferreira's going forward is very good and we'll have mikelele to back him up if he gets caught off position. i would prefer yuri because he is better in attack compared to ramires. so far ramires hasnt shown any real attacking talent, but he is alright in winning the ball. but im sure in time, ramires will become a pretty good player for us.

I don't think Mikel covering Ferreira would be a solution to against a pacey attack team.
Remember how Bale put Ferreira away?

yeah last time our defense got eaten alive by Bellamy..that's show how vulnerable they are against pacey player..this time around no Bellamy, but speedy Johsson plak..

One more thing to be concern is their defensive midfield, remember last year how they frustrated us with tidy combination of De Jong and Barry..without Lampard/ Benayoun my concern is who can supply the killer pass..oh i forgot, top assister Drogba will play

terry and alex in the middle for me with iva pushed out to the right. but i wonder if bosingwa can make it..would be a massive boost, although in hindsight it wouldn't be a wise decision considering his match fitness. i'd ilke ramires instead of yuri in midfield, but the attacking verve our russian assassin can bring sure is interesting. the former is the safer choice though.

our trusty front three to bring the pain. no change there. studge will get the role of supersub if he's needed, although he didn't do too well in the second half vs newcastle? only watched the first and he was pretty low key. not his usual self for sure.

you musnt forget now our last line of defense is also much stronger. we had hilario between the post but now we've got big pete back.

what about micheal essien in midfield and also mikelele has improved by miles compared to last season. they keep scoring from the counter, hopefully that we dont let them hit us on the counter and we'll be fine.

I love Ferreira cross,but I don't want this happen all over again.

two of those shots that went in were certainly saveable. the tevez shot ESPECIALLY. c'mon big pete! c'mon bison! i think mikel is also going to be crucial in this game. he needs to control the tempo, and his positioning has to be spot on. an early goal will do us wonders so let's hope we can get one like in the previous matches.

dun mind who in da starting 11,all i want is for us chelsean to support our team to revenge on what happen last season....

I hope Ramires play. We dont need anymore firepower, since we got enoguh already. Combination of Flomo-Drogs-Anelka should do the job. On defense, Ramires is the one who can break their play. Just like Bommel in Netherland team.

Someone who doesnt know penat.. Run all the way till the last whistle. The only problem with Ramires, he need more time to adapt to our team. Sometimes, he forgot to close down, just like the goal vs West Ham and the first goal vs Newcastle.

yuri is better then ramires.....ramires need more time to learn BLP style.....he will shine next year.....its yuri's time this season to flourish!

I don't think Josh have stamina to play full game,he can be a super sub.
And, he is still lack of experience, he is only 17,what do you expect?
