wahaha..wut an orgasmic weekend..

my point of view from our match:

1. Kalou indeed an impact player - only we he came as a subs.

2. Our backline is improving, un4tunately we lost a bit of control in midfield.

3. Drogba on his off-day still quite a beast.

4. We never have a 6 goal score last season, we manage two this season consecutively.

wanna know how anelka scored the first goal?

he has changed his boots from puma to adidas! laugh.gif

if not mistaken, drogba also wear a weird boot during that match. on his right foot is a blue boot and on the left is orange/red boot. maybe he switch it with anelka sweat.gif

hope its not too late to post views before the next fixture...my comment on 6 nil demolished of wigan:

1st Half: Liveless cfc display...at one point of time i sense away-kit jinx and 1st away defeat on the line...

2nd Half: Much better display, i would say after first goal, chelsea players seems to get a HARD KNOCK by carlo during HT team talk, till then i didnt expect a quick 2nd goal by anelka and didnt dreamt of 6 goals will flow...OMG this cfc team really are HUNGRY for 2nd straight BPL title....
seems like no chance for our youngsters...kalou SUPER SUB STAR....anelka wow classic 2nd GOAL....this wht i wanna see in him....drogba was MASTER OF ASSISTS..incredible!...lampard was OK....MIKEL what a cross for anelka...simply WORLD CLASS!...
FINALLY YOUSSI'S 1st CFC goal came in great style....
at the end it was STILL AN AVERAGE PERFORMANCE OVERALL FOR ME...still A LOT FOR ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS....

12 GOALS IN 2 consecutive matched: A NEW RECORD IN BPL!! thumbup.gif

Last but not least, have to salute to fulham...they almost get beaten by lucky devils..BUT HANGELAND IS THE MAN!...u guys know what? before the corner kick i hope hangeland to score & revert his O.G mistake...OMG it DID HAPPEN!!!! icon_idea.gif
ITS BLUES WEEKEND ~~~~ brows.gif

i give credit to alex, JT and mikel for our clean sheet against wigan. they were so much better compared to the community shield game. i hope bosingwa comes back soon but i seriously dont mind putting an inform iva on right back. however, like i've said, iva had a bad game. slotting in paulo gave a shock to figeroa and bam! benny got a goal! smile.gif

lol i also thought the away kit curse is still around. but i wouldnt conclude anything yet. i think its okay if we cannot get the rhythm to control the game, but its very important to defend well when you dont have possession and not force the attack too much. defend well, make them think its impossible to break our defense even if they're on form, get our undeserved goal and DESTROY them to bits when the flood gates open.

No Kalou for me. Absolutely.
Sturridge, 60minute sub.
Malouda play in left forward is a must.

i was almost thinking the same thing. but kalou came to the party allright! and he brought party hats. party.gif

i'm just a bit concerned what studgy's thinking right now. guess he'll have to bide his time.

amazing performance. nico already off the mark with two goals. didier showing if u can stop him scoring, u don't actually 'stop' him. mikel with an amazing ball over the top that zidane will be proud of.

crisp passing all around, though we began with a fairly slow tempo before the goal. clean sheet, a bit feisty especially in the first half and i was genuinely worried JT would get a red for his ongoing spat with n'zogbia. the little brat started it though with an awful studs-up stamp on our captain's chest which looked really painful. essien was a bit quiet on the whole, and rightly taken off after a fifity2 challenge with a wigan player had him clutching his foot for awhile. slight limping as he headed for the tunnel after full time, hope its nothing serious. overall a fantastic 2nd game for the chels!

it had all the ingredients of a classic except one..what is it? its called drama. please refer to what happened between our neighbours and the devils for more info, thank you. laugh.gif

yeah. JT sure went in hard as nail on the lad. no one messes with JT. yeah i was kinda afraid JT would have got a red too.

i think the younger strikers in Chelsea do not need to worry too much, there are so many games, and the old legs of anelka and drogba cant fill em all. i also dont think they mind watching the younger lads play from the bench and clean up the mess later on.

imagine drogba, terry and anelka on the bench. thats a really expensive bench if you ask me laugh.gif

yeah he was pushing it a little, but thankfully after he got his 'payback' which was a robust but fair challenge btw, he calmed down a little.
its quite difficult to imagine all three on the bench at the same time to be honest. tongue.gif

agree about ivanovic though. he looked a little out of sorts. just needs a little more playing time me thinks.
and who would've thought our poor pre-season form would be dismissed entirely within a space of 180 minutes? its as if something just clicked inside the heads of all the lads and they just told themselves "okay, this is the real deal now. no more messing around. let's get this friggin' show on the road!"
and boy has it been one hell of a show as well. flex.gif

ichi, do we actually need a ramos? a versatile attacker's more like it!

carlo did say he'll be involved in the stoke game yes? i'm curious to see what he brings to the table as well. probably alex will be the one doing most of the talking on the pitch when he's nearby biggrin.gif
