Does it work previously? GPS problem with common with 1.5.0 and below. But the latest 1.5.1 should solve the problem.

Previously stock 2.2 google maps work wonderful. Lock within 1 sec with a-gps. The new google maps navigation mode seem like doesnt support Streak yet (not yet in the list of supported device also)

no prob.. wanna know how much to repair it also.. got good info for streak users in malaysia also see the lcd + glass how much.. lol..

On other note, does anybody know where i can find a hard clear back case to protect the streak? seems like accessories for streak are limited at lowyat..

U got to find traders to take it in or order online ..... Streak is kinda new to malaysia ... Went low yat plaza the other day and suprisingly , they asked me " got oledi ah ? Yours not prototype ? " .... I was like zzzzzzzzzzzz . Working in LYP yet so outdated .

Regarding the accessories, actually it lack support from major accessories maker. For good value transparent case, i suggest for askarperang's EPIKcase. Iirc, less than 20 bucks.

I'm eying for Ottercase's Commuter and PDAir's leather sleeve but both seem overpriced :sweats:

Went to LYP also yesterday but nobody seems to carry any accessories and the best part is, when i mention Dell they told me to go find at the computer shop....hahahaha...i dont even bother to reply and just walk away....

I had a clear hard case where it covers just the back and liked it very much coz it protects the back but the phone is still visible...i dont like cases where it covers everything, although it protects the phone, and you cant tell what phone is that....that was for my desire that was sent for warranty (AP set) and got sent to china to get it fixed....hahahahaha...a long story...

You can now buy many types of soft silicon cases online from EBay ( about US$5 to US$10 inclusive delivery to Msia). Don't expect very high quality but it protects. Just google for it there at EBay

I bought AMZER silicon case from EBay - cost me £17 then delivered to me

I also bought : a Mugen extended 1800mAH battery ( US$40 ) direct from Mugen, from EBay a Generic battery ( US$18) and a original USB cable ( £35 ). I recieved all the items within 10-14 days. Prices are inclusive delivery to Msia

As for Streak warranty , u can send to SG 4 warranty claims ....I'm helping our bro Hatred_ getting his unit fix there but unlike in UK or US , it seems they dont do a 1 to 1 trade , they just fix the parts ..... Anyway , spare parts is still new and will only b in this week since it was launched in Sg a few days back ......

Yeah wanted to know that too and how many extended hours do you get from the battery?

Battery same size as original fits perfectly. I figure at least up to 2 hours, didnt really monitor
