Last 2 conversions of mine end Aug and end Sep, T+2 money arriving into MBB SG account only at night

What time did you transfer?

1pm and 7:30pm

1pm is weird cause last time I did tranafer about 1.10 and it reached the same day.

7.30 should be right as no one is working at that time so can only process next day.

Last year, I performed a transaction in Instarem website in the morning of a working day, and the fund was deposited in the evening on the same day.

Recently, when I performed a transaction in the morning of a working day, the fund was deposited in the afternoon of next working day.

Sigh, has Instarem tighten the checks and internal processes, resulting in the delay of fund depositing?

Just sign up INSTAREM to remit money from Msia to Sg acc. went and sign up already. office located at Bangsar South Village.

I have done 3 transfers and all completed in the same day. The fastest transaction is transferred at 2.19PM and received at 2.59PM, took about 40 minutes.

Weird, I got my transaction completed on the same working day, less than 30 minutes. I transferred before lunch.

Perhaps, roarus and I are not lucky.

Maybe, at the time when I performed the transaction at Instarem website, there was not adequate amount of conversion from SGD to MYR performed by Instarem Singapore users. So, Instarem needed to gather sufficient matching amount of conversion from SGD to MYR, before depositing SGD into my Singapore savings account.

My guess is that, if I converted much lower amount from MYR (say around RM 1000) to SGD, the depositing would have been quicker. Recently, I converted around RM 9k, which should not be a large amount, and yet it was deposited on next working day.

I am not sure whether the recipient bank matters, but I am using POSB Savings account.

These are just my uneducated guesses. Sigh, luck is not my side.

Need some help from here. I already open CIMB FastSaver Account.
But I cant transfer to other SG account by using CIMB Click SG.
Only have security device option for me to choose to receive OTP.
Any1 facing same issues or got other way to solve?

Yeah
Activated. Can login and view. Only can transfer to my CIMB Malaysia.
Login can using SMS OTP.
But transfer need to use security device.

Have you enabled the digital token? You can find the link from CIMB Clicks SG homepage.
