It's either the cpu or gpu downclocking to avoid overheating.. Which is not normal for such a system.. though commonly experienced by owners over at NBR..

Definitely you can buy something else out there.. But it doesn't looks as cool as Alienware and not easily available like the Alienwares , not mentioning Asus G Series |
