Pharmacy in UKM good? Do they use BM as as a medium?

Questions :

1)I would like to ask about clothing. Can we wear round neck t-shirts to classes? or only t-shirts with collars are allowed? how about dress code in hostel?can wear shorts and spaghetti? or only shorts and t-shirts are allowed? and the tempat pendaftaran will be my hostel?

2) need to apply for streamyx or broadband before we enroll into uni?

3) can bring iron to hostel?and aerosol too?

p/s : the most important one. I"m watching FIFA world cup 2010. Will I get the chance to watch it during orientation week?

when you reach bangi campus, pls ask the security or follow the signboard
or refer to the map attached to you
anyway, orientation conducted in main campus, regardless you study at branch campus (KL health care campus) or main campus

ops, din realise your question. ok, Kolej Ibu Zain or KIZ is located at hill so you will be tired when climbing up and down overall, there quite nice

1) you need to follow dress code in ukm whenever you going to class or kolej activities, which is collar t with long pants or formal and you might try wear round-neck but is depend of the discretion of the lecturer/college management/securities. mean, if get scolded if you wear improperly, pls do not try to argue back, as the guideline state you have to follow.
(but i know mostly people like to break rules)

2) no, since no streamyx hot spot in ukm and ukm is equipped with wifi provided by jaring and apply when you are at ukm. but then if you want use celcom/maxis/digi broadband, thats your own choice.

3) some say no, some don't care, but mostly people bring iron too. but aerosol, pls respect your roommate if he/she dislike, pls do not do so.

lastly, FIFA worldcup. same, discretion of the college facilitator (mostly you will not have time to watch) as you need gather at early morning, and event end quite late

Is it difficult to go to my faculty via bas?

law faculty have their own bus, dubbed Zone 3U don't worry. you will be brief for the bus service during orientation week

Don't worry, the bus comes every half an hour.

Unfortunately, you will "enjoy" climbing the hill with 200++ stairsteps, Ibu Zain is located on hill

I can't tahan, second year I finally bought a motor to drive.

And 1 thing, Ibu Zain has lots of monkey. Sometime you can see babi hutan at night.

UKM Law are studied in bilingual right?

How's the condition of the kolej
One room share with how many people?
The hygiene of the toilet?
The food?
Wifi?
And other things that I should know?
And how many law students for the first degree?

most of the hostel are nice
either twin-sharing or single room (senior)
as my college, the toilet is washed by contractor mostly daily (except weekend)
food? u know i know la. XD
wifi equipped in faculty till your room need not worry, just sometime signal weak (depend on your location to the AP)
any other things you just ask

yes, except those staying in branch campus. you all will be placed to temporary college, and after orientation week, you will be sent back to branch

But the location is quite strategy, middle of UKM. You can walk to the library in the opposite and "Pusanika" which some UKM departments such as Student Service Department are there. There are also food courts and shops, can be categorized as shopping mall maybe?

For first year, you will be living in shared room, 2 people in a room. After second year, if you wish to stay, you can choose to have single room.

The food .... Erm... Malay Food ..

Wifi? Great news to UKMers.. Whole UKM has wifi-connection which only needs you to pay RM50 per sem and enjoy 1Mbps speed

Numbers of Law students - Average num are 120+- per year in UKM. Chinese - 30 +-

Stadium located near Ibu Zain, if you like to jog, then you are lucky !

yes yes yes.. wifi covered whole college and faculty.. read back post
KDO is consider one of the best college (anyway, depend how you all see la. although i not stay there)

Actualy all hostel are almost same. Maybe you can ask the condition by a more spesific way?

Wifi is available in whole UKM How lucky as it just started when I am first year

An advice to all of you, prepared yourself with a lock, lock all your expensive stuffs in the cupboard.

When you are doing your orientation, you will only get back in room at midnight, maybe 2-3am and you need to wake up again at 5am. You won't be around at most of the time and many thefts happened before. So, beware.
