Thanks. I guess i'm staying at Kolej Keris Mas during the first week at Bangi before moving to KL campus. What waits for us during orientation week?
*
Lacking of sleep, you will enjoy 3-5 hours sleeping hours on the whole week. tongue.gif

Anyway, bring at least >2 formal shirts, you will be required to wear formal whole week. There is no time for you to wash shakehead.gif

Yes, all these will be handled by seniors.

Try to enjoy it, the timetable is pack.

Luckily I have passed through the golden time, but I can still remember it, just like happening last few weeks. biggrin.gif

Aw... only 3 to 5 hours of sleeping...

One more question: For law course, can we wear semi-formal during classes? Jeans?

Yes, semi-formal is allowed. But it is advised not to wear jeans for the first few months. It shows disrespect to the lecturers.

No round-collar shirt is allowed, only with collar, paired with formal trousers.

And remember, no SLIPPERS.

Depends on when the university submit certain documents to ptptn...
Money usually comes on the 1st month of every semester if there's no hiccups..

Sorry for bothering seniors again and this time, my questions seem like stupid questions... blush.gif

1) Can we wear other pants(not jeans) and formal skirts during classes(law)? Some people say it's depends on faculty's lecturers...
2) During registration, we have to wear formal or baju kurung?
3) Can we bring kettle or do we need kettle?
4) How many people sharing a toilet usually?
5) For Law course, is there anything like book, stationary(perhaps??) we have to prepared?

Thank you so much! blush.gif

1) Yes, depends on lecturers actually. Jeans actually can, but not the the first and second months. Formal skirts no problem, but must cover the knees. Other pants (not jeans) is accepted.

2) Either formal or baju kurung during registration.

3) Kettle is actually prohibited in hostel, but no people will check it. Better get a water-boiler (Like in hotel 1). And yes, we need it to cook maggi and milo laugh.gif

4) Depend on which hostel you stay, like mine, my block has approximately 20 rooms, and 4 toilets. Using which toilets is our choice.

5) Books no need, you will get a course outline when your first lecture. Then find the books in library and photostate it. But if you want to buy also no problem, but law books are expensive nod.gif But normally, juniors will buy books from seniors. So, don't worry. You will be guided when you are in the faculty later on.
Of course have a notebook and some pens along to drop down any important things.

Still remember I went to the post office and search for the borang. Kinda nervous and scared the borang can't reach me. laugh.gif

But I noticed I not not only the one who did that, lots students did so, all the names were noted down by the staffs.

i wanna ask some questions,
1. does architecture in UKM accredited by LAM!?
2. it's stated that "Pelajar Tahun 1 Sesi Akademik 2010-2011 dilarang membawa dan memandu kenderaan bermotor kecuali motosikal di dalam
kawasan Kampus UKM, Bangi. Berbasikal adalah digalakkan."
My family members is not in KL(i staying at Puchong) and nobody can fetch me to UKM,then i have to bring my car. Does it really strictly not allowed? i wish i can get the sticker =P
