QUOTE(tedisgodlike @ Sep 7 2010, 10:40 PM) im recently doing some search with apple product, what can i says 1. quality 2. overpriced and im not apple fanboys, just want to try the macbookpro. but for rendering with need powerful proc? correct me if im wrong. and for apple, if powerful proc so overpriced for me as a student rm4k it is suitable priced for me.when come to rendering stuff, processor come 1st then amout of ram. i dont get the bold part. for rm4k, u only can get an entry level macbook white or macbook pro. even a RM2699(now even cheaper) A42Jv pawn those 2 macbooks kau kau when come to rendering stuff.

QUOTE(HexPhoenix @ Sep 10 2010, 04:26 PM) that part, i rather stay silent. but then, laptop which comes with freeDOS, how are we gonna get the drivers for it for WinXP/Vista/7? is it be given at the time of purchase or we need to find it ourselves? i suppose they will give u the driver cd or u can download it from asus's website

it's stable i suppose... just u have to stick to an outdated driver if the manufacture is lazy to update its driver or u lose the switchable graphic ability if u plan to use the official driver from AMD

QUOTE(Dextrolidin @ Sep 13 2010, 08:04 PM) Hi all I am planning to buy a macbook pro..I was wondering should I buy it here or singapore since I will be going there...would it be better to buy it here or there?like in term of price, warranty and so on?I was told that singapore is having some mac book promotion thingy, anyone have detail regarding it? Thanks! i dont think u will face warranty problem as apple provides 1 year international warranty.
