i think i start to hear the kluk kluk sound when driving or turning on un even road.. other than that i think ok..

1. Like what lhongwuh said , buzzer spoit , wiring problem
2. U disable the lock and unlock sound .. (only have signal light when lock and unlock)

In the PE manual book , by pressing both the button on the remote together u can change the sound on or off

then got a call from SA , said got a H-line but not the color I wan .. but if wan can be deliver on the following week with the JPJ paper work etc..
for the color i wanted have to wait for the allocation from Proton system .. almost 1 month

Hi, I'm new here and I'm driving a PE B line. Can I check with the sifu out there... is the PE comes with a 32 bit ECU instead of the 16 bit formerly installed in gen 2 & persona ? It is supposed to provide better response compare to the torque dip that appears in the campro engine. Wonder if the B line comes with the 32 bit or 16 bit ECU 'cause torque dip still noticable.
Overall, still happy with the car. Quite, no default till now except for the torque dip.

32bvit / 16 bit ECU only differes in memory size so that proton can put in more function into the car.
However, the torque dip will still be the same.
The only solution is to get CPS into campro, not the ECU upgrade.

Turbo version will be released most probably next year. News leaked from Proton HQ internal.

Juz wondering, does the new PE need to follow "engine run-in" (i think that's what i heard some ppl call it) - ie., cannot go above 80km/h or 100km/h before the first 1000km service?

it just Not recommended since it is still new.. furthest mayb 100km/h still ok.
but it is also Not recommended to rev more than 3k RPM. its ok to go above 3 but not everyday.. >.<
i believe for those persona manual drivers cant stand to rev more than 3k even thou still below 1k mileage .. thts how i feel

before 1st service, try to maintain below 1k rpm.

how u gonna maintain <1k rpm when the idling also 800 rpm already??

maybe he means not to use your car, just keep in garage

Oh yeah..keeping it like in the showroom. Wonder how it hit 1k?

haven't change yet... maybe in a month or two....rite now doing survey on the rims.....planning to fit in deep dish rims....could you advise me on the problems with 215/45/17 rims....

Guys why my check engine light menyala after i start the engine..is there any problem with my engine? My car is persona mline auto..

typo. should be below 3k.

after engine start the signal still on ? it should be normal if the signal is off once the engine started

I was told that with new technology in all new cars do not need to do so, right? Is it because Campro is still kind of old tech? All those new japs or europe cars do not need to maintain <3k rpm & <100km/h, right? Or was I being given the wrong info? Confused...

By default, all car should run in their engine on their 1st 1k km.

The signal should be off after engine start but that's not happening..is there anything to be check?
