hi guys, any idea on what is the cost for 20k service? any particular item need to change and recommendation?

ask them to do it.. dont sign the car release form.. call your bank inform them about it.. if still no progress.. then complaint to tribunal.. thats all u can do..

where did you go for the servis? what did u change? need to do my 20k service uhuhu

well actually my last service was 11500.. if you refer to the service manual it also indicate that the next service interval is every 10k... even in my service receipt proton indicate the next service should be when it reach 21500.

by the way, is it compulsory to service at proton for 20k onwards? will void the warranty if we service outside?

hahaha... yup.. i dont see my car exploding servicing every 10k which SC is good to do 21k service? i've went to COE and Glenmarie before.. both took more than 3 hours to service..and you cant even see what they are doing to your car...sigh...
