QUOTE(overmars @ May 25 2010, 04:08 PM) hi guys He'll call you like a few hours before your appointment. If he doesn't then you should call him. Whoa 9PM appointment, that late?i went to upgrade from 512kbps package to the 1mb package yesterday and got the confirmation slip. Then when i checked for my order just now at the sams website, it shows that my appointment date is 25th may 2010 (which is today) at 9pm together with the technician's name and ic number. The thing is, i have not received any call regarding the upgrade. So should i stay at home quietly tonight and wait for the technician to come even though he did not call me or anything? Is there any way we can get the contact number of the technician since i already know the technician's name? thx |

QUOTE(Zephi01 @ May 26 2010, 10:36 AM) Hello guys.. today TM contractor came to my house to setup the phone line. Then they said i havent done the wiring so can not setup for me. But that day when i was registering, the TM's officer told me that the contractor will do the wiring for me. Now the contractor said they no do wiring. They said after i have done my wiring then only contact them. WTF? You need to complete your internal wiring first, because once they do the external wiring, they need to confirm that your phone line is working and everything.I did the same, my dad fixed the internal wires himself and postponed the appointment to 3 days time. When the contract comes, all he does is just pull the external wire from the telephone pole to your house. That's their job. If you need internal wiring, you might ask whether they would offer such thing. Some contract do, some don't. |

QUOTE(solstice818 @ May 26 2010, 12:57 PM) Hey guys, sorry for bothering, I just wonder if I can apply this when the house already have an existing streamyx.I am living in a hostel and wonder if there is a way 2 seperate streamyx run at the same time. You cannot have one line with 2 streamyx running at the same time. You need 2 different phone lines to run two different streamyx at the same time. However, you can apply even when your housemate has already applied because this offer is per individual, not per household. |

QUOTE(prasys @ May 26 2010, 11:13 PM) Why dont people take some time read previous posts and things like that. Honestly if the whole I dont care attitude and if people ask repetitive questions. QUOTE(Music Mania @ May 27 2010, 09:12 PM) Went to the TMpoint Puchong this afternoon. I suggest you terminate on the spot and apply it on the spot. The lady at the counter said that if I were to cancel both homeline and Streamyx (both under my dad's name), I would have to apply for a new homeline and a streamyx under my name. But what confuses me was, she said that after the new homeline and streamyx is set up, then only they would terminate the old streamyx and homeline. My dad is really strict about the cost issue. So can anyone clarify about this? Thanks in advance. |

Did anyone recently applied at Wangsa Maju branch for Unipack? One of my friend did, and he said that the system couldn't even create an order due to problems with the UniFi. I just want to confirm this.

QUOTE(John89 @ Jun 1 2010, 11:38 AM) went to apply for unipack yesterady. Not exactly near, but yeah I guess it's that one.i wanted to apply for 4mb, but they asked me to apply for 1mb first because if my area cannot support 4mb, then my application will be auto dropped. and they said if the "unipack" is installed and showed that my place can support 4mb, then i can upgrade for 1mb to 4mb... anyone experience this before? coze i scared after i install 1mb, i cannot upgrade to 4mb. Don't know how exactly it works, but it has been cleary stated that the RM 50 is NOT waived, therefore the payment should be about RM 135.... but I don't know why some would pay RM 85.. that includes me.Added on June 2, 2010, 7:25 pmAnyone got FFKed by Tiong Nam before? Yeah, honestly I want to report this to their company. So irresponsible carrier service.
If you couldn't come, the least you could do was made a call informing your client that you cannot make it in time. Say if I have urgent matters to attend I couldn't wait for the entire day could I? Not only that, he also switched off his handphone preventing any incoming calls. Frustration, but I guess he won't be coming today. @kireihinako, You can do it at NAT page. |

QUOTE(prasys @ Jun 2 2010, 08:59 PM) Well just wait , eventually they'll deliver it I think.. this netbook is not suitable to run Windows 7....Nope , you need your offer letter + Student ID and official stamp from uni. It varies from one TMpoint to another ! So hows the netbook. Let me guess your Pentium M is way better then the netbook ! |
