awww, im still waiting or both, streamyx activation and netbook

Im not in cooling period, my case is migrate from existing streamyx account to uni pack and still nobody migrating for me yet, my account remains untouched, applied last friday tho.
I wonder do they really process my application or not.

Yes, it is a downgrade/upgrade/migrate(bcoz the speed remain same), but my package is not combo, my package is a very old account, registered since 4 years ago, last time dont have combo packages, so the phone line and streamyx bill is separated, and yes the streamyx account name is under my own name

can u tell me how is the confirmation slip look like, isit the light blue color? i got this light blue color registration form, dono is this the one you said about confirmation slip

that means my one is not confirmation slip, mine is the uni pack registration form (blue color 2nd copy of the tracing paper) that is what i got from them, they did not give me any confirmation letter, but when i check this page http://sams.tm.net.my/marketingcenter/search.asp and i got appointment on 19-6-2010 too and J=F and S=X and Status=New, dono what all this

Maybe Tiong Nam doesn't deliver on your location, so HP need to use other courier service that support your location

they change technician maybe their schedule has change or technician has some misc problem request to change etc

of course no charge, when u terminated your streamyx account, the billing has already stop. the quarantine period is just stop you from registering new packages within 30 days

do u get appointment with technician to come to your house to install your new free wireless modem?

Uni pack comes with Free Wireless Modem right? they should give u free wireless modem.

No, you don't have to call, they will arrange the appointment for you on Monday.

leong, same with me, i oso purposely wake up early, now the technician only call me say want to come oredi, and he dono how to come to my house and ask for direction

my appointment was 10am, then after 10am the status show "Miss Appt", then I thought he didn't come already, then suddently just now he call me and ask where is my house

mine already came and install the modem for me, he gave me an innacom modem, ask me sign the paper, and he set something on the modem, thats it and kautim already, now wait for netbook

Wow, you registered in this morning, afternoon technician come install, that is Amazing

maybe he want to off tomorrow(sunday) so he have to clear up his timetable by today, so tomorrow no need to work loh, their responsibility to clear up all the duty assigned
