There are more choices in epicentre @ IOI Mall, Puchong.

They have some cool cases like:
Hard Candy Cases
Gumdrop Cases
Speck Cases

Worth going there to check them out thumbup.gif

Would like to get the SGP carbon fibre back cover and some other casing for my IP4. Apart from Mac Studio at Lot 10, do KLCC Mac studio or MV Mac studio carry this as well? Plan to get tomorrow or Monday latest.

conclusion: it a very great case, high graded material, precisely cut-out, very fine finishing. highly recommended.

con: cannot fit the iphone 4 dock

drool.gif Droolworthy pics, bro! Really shows the aesthetics of the Vapor case. rclxms.gif

For the next Vapor order, like you mentioned, I'd probably go for separate purchase of the different colored arms ("I") so that can mix-n-match. biggrin.gif Purchasing the Red color arm next!

Both mine and Beavis's iPhones have PowerSupport Clear on the back. We kept it there and stick the Carbon Fibre back on top of the PowerSupport Clear SP, just in case that if the Carbon Fibre leaves sticky residue if stuck at the back, the SP will protect against it. I have more confidence in PowerSupport than SGP when it comes to not leaving a messy residue behind when you remove them.

So you can say that our iPhones are double-layer protected, but because the Vapor case just hugs the side of the iPhone, this double-layering does not interfere with the Vapor case when installing/tightening the screws. In fact, because of the double-layering, the back surface now looks like it flush against the Vapor case, like it is part of the case itself.

I've never said this before, but of all the cases I have bought(trust me, I have lots, from silicone, hard TPUs, cheap/expensive plastic, etc), nothing compares with the Vapor. The iPhone 4 with the Vapor case gives this feeling of heft and solidness when you hold it in your hands. And since both of us uses the PowerSupport AntiGlare SP for front and Carbon Fibre for the back, we dont ever need to wipe our iPhones down for fingerprints anymore. The back is covered with smooth texture by the Carbon Fibre, and the front is anti-fingerprint and antiglare. Perfect! biggrin.gif

LOL, it's just that when the product is so much better than the other, you can't help but to feel empowered and inclined to recommend it to others. It's like all this while you've been driving a normal Proton but suddenly got a chance to drive a sports car, you swear that no other driving experience will compare to it. And yes, the Vapor case makes the iPhone look and feel like a sports car. One word: Badass! biggrin.gif

Okay, so I installed Power Support USA's Crystal Clear (front + back) screen protector about 3 days ago. So far it's been amazing. In fact you won't be able to even see that it's on the phone unless you look at the cutouts. It really lives up to its crystal clear name.

First off, installation took about 20 minutes - longer than I'd expected to take, especially with their new "Easy Installation" method. During installation, there were bubbles around the cutout of the front facing camera and on the back, towards the upper left-hand corner of the phone. These were a little tough to "get out". For the front, I had to hold down my thumb on the bubbled area with a lint-free cloth underneath, and apply moderate pressure for about a minute or so. Fortunately, it went away and has never returned since. For the back, it wasn't as easy. I had to lift up the protector and drop a drop of water right at the area where the bubble was. I eventually managed to push out the bubble along with any water that was under the protector.

As for graininess or degradation of the beautiful retina display - I see none. There is simply no effect on the display with the protector on. It looks exactly the same as the phone without a SP. And as mentioned earlier, you can't even tell that it's on unless you look at the cutouts. From afar it just looks like the naked iPhone in all its beauty. wink.gif

Fingerprints. Fingerprints are a little of a problem with this protector. You do get a heap of fingerprints, but nothing a good wipe won't fix. thumbup.gif

Sliding on it feels great. It isn't enhanced in any way, but there is definitely no issue here. thumbup.gif

The sides also do not collect any dust, but I'm not too sure about their compatibility with bumper cases. Hopefully there isn't lifting of any sort.

Alignment and cutouts are very accurate in my case, although I've read about some people who've received protectors with pretty inaccurate cutouts and such. Hopefully you won't be one of them, yeah? wink.gif

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I don't know if the price is justified, but I guess I feel like I've got something that's worth my money. I fully recommend this screen protector to anyone who likes the nakedness of the iPhone 4 and is planning to use it without a case. It costs RM 89.90 for 2 pieces of Crystal Clear/Anti-Glare and RM 118.90 for the 3-piece set that includes 1 Crystal Clear, 1 Anti-Glare and 1 backside protector.

Below are pictures for your enjoyment. wink.gif
