If you can bring in clear cases for the iPhone 4, like the Switcheasy Nude UltraClear for the iPad, I'm interested. Also Clear screen protectors for front and back. Matte screen protectors make video recording through the back of the iPhone 4 looks blurry, while the front cam will look blurry as well for Face-Timing.

I have the Universal Dock meant for iPods, and it fits the iPhone 4 with Bumper case without the dock adapter attached.

I also just bought the iPhone 4 Dock from Apple Store Ginza yesterday, and with the Bumper case on, it fits but it is not flush with the dock, there will be some clearance at the bottom, and it will not charge, since the dock connector isn't connected fully into the iPhone 4. Naked iPhone 4 works fine on the iPhone 4 dock.

My Vapor is coming from Beavis's own bulk, and frankly, even RM400 on Elainor's price is a bit steep for me. The case is USD80, but the shipping CAN BE SHARED, and IS NOT USD25 PER CASE! For Beavis's own bulk, that USD25 is shared among the 14 participants, making it less than USD2 per person. Swallowing USD25 per person under the guise of shipping, is unethical IMO.

Also, if I were the one doing the bulk, I'd not pre-calculated and added the "supposed" tax cost into the total price. You never know if the item gets taxed or not. State the total price without tax, and ask your participants to pay that price. If it does get taxed, then either fork out the tax cost, or you get to keep the Vapor for yourself. Don't let them have the Vapor until they pay the tax cost. Either way it is a win-win situation. It is infinitely easy to sell the Vapor 4 case here, just look at the level of interest it has generated.

I've been damned and damned again, to hell and back, by others for introducing desirable accessories to them, so I guess another damnation wouldn't hurt or make any difference.

As for your thought, it shouldn't be too hard. The 3G/3GS is thicker than the iPhone 4. Or you could make it look like a mini Moleskin.

First looks at PowerSupport's Crystal Front & Back and HD AntiGlare Screen Protectors. Can't wait for mine to arrive. Using a combo of Steinheil Ultra Clear and Simplism Anti-Glare SP at the moment. Will definitely rip them out for the PowerSupport.

If you've tried it on my iPad last time, then you'd know the answer to this question. In short, no.

For the ultimate protection for your iPhone 4, the Otterbox series of cases is best. They may look a bit on the bulky side, but folks who had used them kept bringing it up because of the protective properties. They are not a looker, but gets the job done I guess.

Those looking for the perfect screen protector for the iPhone 4, it has finally arrived in Machines. Look for the PowerSupport AntiGlare HD screen protector, it comes with 1 x antiglare front film, 1 x crystal clear front film, 1 x crystal clear back film, and 2 preparation films to clean your iPhone 4 before applying the films. Price is RM118. If you're looking for the Crystal Clear version it is RM98 only, and this pack removes the antiglare front film, leaving the other films in the pack.

The only thing left for me is the Vapor case, and it's complete.

If you ask them nicely, they will. However, they are disclaiming against workmanship if the installation is not as good as you prefer. They will tell you that first.

I have my Bumper & Reception case for the time being until I receive my Vapor.

The prep films are there to remove dust away from the glass front and back. Antiglare film is for the front, the crystal clear for the back.

I hate Bodyguardz with an unbridled passion, so the only option isthe PowerSupport. Get another case that covers the side for complete protection.

I don't like full body wraps, the installation is never perfect and there tend to be nigging issues on how it's done that never have it make looking perfect.

I would go for the Switcheasy Nude for the iPhone4 if I'm not getting the Vapor. The rest are either plain looking or not unique enough. My preference would either make my iPhone 4 look sleek(Vapor) or maintains its minimalistic looks(Nude).

FINALLY! Just in time for me to get back from Jo'berg too! Don't start the TT without me.

Zero smudges or fingerprints on the PowerSupport AntiGlare HD. Like its iPad brother, I gladly recommend this over every other SP out there. Yup, I tried the one bundled with the Reception Case, but ripped it out post haste when the PowerSupport one arrived.

Added on August 21, 2010, 10:00 pmSearch for Otterbox iPhone case. In your case, protection takes precedence over aesthetics, you can't have both. Clumsiness can take a toll on beautiful products like the iPhone 4. Or you could get the Vapor case, but I'd kill myself if I scratch even my Vapor case. I'm currently using the Switcheasy Nude Ultra Clear until my Vapor arrives on the 24th.

Check the responses from that very post you quoted from Macrumors forum. Unanimous consensus that the guy who posted those shots are speaking out of his rear end. Either way, it doesn't make any difference if you bought the AntiGlare HD pack, it comes together with both the Crystal Clear AND the Antiglare HD SPs. Don't like the looks of the Antiglare HD? Rip it out and use the Crystal Clear that comes with the pack.

Just got my Vapor casae. Coupled with the SGP carbon fiber back purchased from MacStudio, my dream iPhone protection/case is finally complete! I can't say enough of this combo, just that I have never had any attachment to one particular case, but this Vapor/SGP Carbon Fiber combination is absolutely gorgeous looking!
