May I know how you customize it? Using app? Wanted to try different looks on my Wildfire.

I'm using ADW launcher(go setting set, screen preference, desktop column set 5) with the widgets:
- analog clock (1*1)
-power control(4*1)
-search(5*1)
-music(5*2) (meridian player)
the theme i forget liao... but i remember someone posted the theme in this threat before in front.
u can always try edit on yr own la...

just go to market and search "adw launcher"

Just read the front page should be enough.

Tried that and a host of other players, doesn't detect the video due to format type. Perhaps I need to reconvert it. Hmm... will take any suggestions.

then transfer it to yr phone.

Just to update regarding watching video on the phone - I found that "Handbrake" seems to be suitable to convert .avi to .mp4, they don't have batch folder conversion, but you can queue them easily. It will play fine. Need to adjust the dimensions to 320x240 though and set target file size. I wished there was a better video app, too bad CorePlayer devs are holding out at the moment.

You can try formatfactory as well, i use it all the time (for my nexus 1) to convert video formats. Supports subtitles too.

planning to get this phone is it a good phone to buy ? and is it good time to buy a new phone now ?
