Briefly look through at memstar, seems like it is a membrane filter. FYI, membrane filter requires regular backwash and it will reduce ur incoming water pressure a lot.

why not try 3M? It is certified and tested by NSF. Now we are having promotion. Do drop by my showroom for more info and best price smile.gif

The one I use Is 0.01 Microns is far greater than 3M,Diamond,Nesh and Sand filter.
smile.gif All this while I go for brands but one of the course I attended tell me not all items should be based on brands but rather depend on the service hence I made the first move got the water filter system from my vendor. It never failed me even after two yrs and now as solid as it looks. My neighbour also did engaged him when they change the Waterco sand filter to the vendor FRP Sand filter and thanks me recommended her the vendor and never realise she pay Thousands ringgit to get the same quality Less than RM600. rclxms.gif

Pentair POE water filter...
What is the major difference between , Pentair, bacfree, and waterco?
- (Price aside of course)

- what would be the manual back wash frequency? is it standard ime like 1mth? 1 week?
- What is totally filtered out before water reaches the storage tank in attic. Is chlorine still there? Is is safe? Or will encourage bacteria?
- Is there a need to change the sand filter inside the rocker/torpedo fibreglass. if need to change, after how many years?

- Is the head valve for manual backwash purpose guaranteed for how long?

Any user can help wiht the questions above??
Kum siah! kumsiah!

Thank you.
