Will do, no worries. I'm sure one of the better delivery at this price point esp in this pandemic pain, compared to horror stories around kepong and pj. So many lemons delivered to buyers, result and so many 幸灾乐祸 people, so sad la this pandemic period. People laughing at others pain. I guess promote a very toxic environment, like Tropicana uncle, or crazy horrors like Zenopy, or mismatch like Lumi. Really feel like law of the jungle these days, toxic comments all over the place like jackals, apes and monkeys. No one keen on fixing things now, all only about anarchy

We consider quite lucky liao. innocent.gif Hopefully VP dont give us nasty surprises whistling.gif ... so far so good.

You must be noob lo, marketing material and artist impression also think it's gospel. If spec promised in SPA probably I'll also go crazy.

But you're saying we owner's should go ballistic on top of two dart machines. It's like buy Mercedes expect Bentley accessories. Even some member owners got disappointment also not as imbalanced as you. First sell a extreme RM14 narrative to bait emotional reactions and sow discord and malice. Now faced with facts, change tact. Like I opine toxic 幸灾乐祸 type of ppl

Toxic la. If genuine wanna help, would have spent the time explaining the issue and help spread awarenes to correct perceived issues. Not rabble rousing issues like you do

Did the developer deliver sub par, perhaps, the general assesement will have to come when we look at the overall project at VP

Feeling disappointment is human. Seeking redress is human. Analyzing the situation and finding solutions are civilised ways of a developed human society. Studying the facts before passing judgement is stirring to be a better human

Prejudgement, rabble rousing, sowing discord, spreading malice, and taking delight in Schadenfreude, that highlights the worse aspects of human nature. That's the only point I am trying to make.

Ativo Suite ain't perfect, but I'll rather be constructive, than destructive.b

But one thing need to make sure is to have a strong pro-tem committee during the first year before the first AGM and post that need to continue having a strong, committed and not corrupted JMB..if not it will be bad..and also to make use of the DLP to sort out all issues at the common area etc...

And all that, no hard feelings though. I do appreciate the contrarian view, or people picking out things that otherwise I would have missed. Especially, as an owner, naturally we're emotionally invested 🤣😂 hence the incessant sharing of every new thing we find about Ativo Suites.

But I also come here to ensure I'm not head over heels with excitement and miss things thats important, like the stairwell. Actually all this time, there were a couple of things we managed to talk with the developer and fix it throughout 2021, 2022 when we spot things. A couple of which actually originated from dialogue in this room. One or them was the design mismatch of the Games Room. And a couple of us also noticed the dart board mismatch

But like said, I was just trying to get more constructive conversations going rather than less productive ones

The info and experience sharing is also great. Thanks y'all. Some over at the community inTelegram are also watching this thread. So it's a win win

Sneak peek of Lobby Block A. It's the first time we are seeing this ID as the block A lobby is not in the brochures. Hopefully when it is *time* for VP (so long waiting), the MySejahtera is not longer needed

The earliest renderings that can be had were from the Ativo Soho concept before MRT and the repositioning as Damansara Avenue

I was referring to interior ID la. The overall build of Lobby A is still very much like seen in the artist impression you share here, i.e. high ceiling, even the ceiling light arts the same, the roundabout sculpture the same etc. The actual under construction still very much the same or similar to the artist impression you show here. Didn't I share pictures before? .... Edit shared below.

If anyone else like context, I've shared the only artist impression of Lobby A interior ID (old one illustration "Ativo Soho" - before Damansara Avenue refresh to become Ativo Suites). Added tags there to guide curious onlookers on how this Lobby A is laid out, i.e. reception desk, glass fascade, low ceiling, high ceiling, overlooking balcony.

Pretty much stayed the same build if you compare it with some of the pics of the actual being constructed. Of course final ID treatment is unknown yet. We can only see the marble effect backdrop and the reception desk for now. And the light sculpture.

Our community over at Telegram pretty gung ho and curious, a few of us have been walking onto site where possible (now security more tight already). I think I didn't share the lobby under construction pics in public before this as they are undercontruction at early stage, doesn't give a fuller outlook. It can be misinterpreted by some and used as a negativity bait and trigger.
