Hmm, interesting. So, the logical way is to find a big BU or big KANG to test it out.

today i show my FS to my friend. My friend told me is a king kong pow. I found him on the floor near Genting bus station. So i named him as "Deadman" i tried measure Deadman on grid paper again today. My friend said around 9mm? how to measure the size? from head to tail? BTW I feed Deadman eat small brown colour spider found in my house. Sometime i let him eat mosquito also. actually what is the best food for FS? I found out Deadman love to eat small spiders... sorry for my broken english..

Brother Ura has suggested three ways to measure the FS:
(1) head to tail
(2) size of head
(3) length of arm

Whichever way, Deadman is definitely large.
Food for spiders - mosquitoes, houseflies, ants ...

This looks similar to the male counterpart of Viper's pic on April 7th (post #2871). Not 100% sure due to the phenotypic variation in color. HKC, can you macro your spider again in broad daylight instead of inside the house?

hi Mangrovejumper, i also found out Deadman's legs r different that normal T.bha. there is yellow and black stripes colour on Deadman's six legs but arms don't had. It's legs colour seen same to the male counterpart of Viper's pic on April 7th (post #2871). i had take few photo of him at daylight area. i also not sure what colour is him. sometime look blue? sometimes look green?

Nice bright pictures of Deadman. First time see the "silver" eyes. The stripes on the legs remind me of Spideric (Ricky)'s avatar. Hopefully, Ricky can comment on Deadman. Besides mangrovejumper, another good resource person is Mindstorm.

If Deadman is recognized as a T-Bha, it would be the biggest Malaysian T-Bha. It could be the biggest T-Bha too.

yes. Deadman is really huge FS, but i dont think he is the biggest T-Bha in history. At year 1999, my cousin caught 1 abnormal huge size FS. but i not sure is tht his FS is T-Bha or not? because his FS's body shape similar to Viper88's Genji! super long arm and very active! It never lose to other FS. When fighting with Arm pushing, i can clearly see it's arm longer than other FS a lot!! and it standing taller a bit than opponent when fighting! and 1 more thing i sure that he is not T-Sub. his fighting stance same as normal T-Bha. It is a gostun pow! anyway, my hometown is Bahau. From year 1990 to 2000, almost all kids include me is very hardworking go jungle for hunting big FS! my cousin and me bring dinner and eat inside jungle because wan spend more time for hunting big FS! we can spend few hours in hunting FS! The worst things are damm a lot mosquito attack! luckily we not kena dengki! inside the jungle also had snake! There is a good chance they may be the same species, considering the size and body pattern.
Definitely not Thiania bhamoensis.

The last pic on leaves looks like quite close to TBha
Body structure wide/huge type and long arms.

Some Female T-sub also released at genting cable car bus area previously... could be t-sub also.

The FS i recently found at Genting hotel outdoor carpark (post 2871) are females striking yellow and black stripes.. huge size also abt 9mm.
Not manage to find any male same types. Maybe urs from the same type of species?

Does the FS show any fighting stance? Tbha have unique arm bend in high and abdomen sway 2 the side& up stance

Personally I feel its different from the T-cam coz of its colour and stripes. (havent seen real life T-cam male bfr, just some pic n videos)
If free, can try take more outdoor clear pics and spar videos

Was talking to Ura about Deadman. This is his comment.

The videos reposted by viper showed that the fighting stance of T.Cam are quite similar to T-sub - a possibility also advocated by viper for Deadman.

Hopefully, we can witness some fights by Deadman to have a better conclusion.

omg! i very sure that this FS is same species with my Deadman when i saw it's body shape, arm size and leg's colour! it is huge size! still can moulted? mean my Deadman also had chance for molted? yes! i had tried let Deadman fight with other small T-bha. Deadman having a fighting stance look like defense mode only. look like female T.Bha fighting stance. and I found out Deadman not aggressive at all. the small T.Bha not dare to fight with Deadman due to size matter and run away.Deadman just ignore and and not chase at all Anyway, did u ask Bro Swee to measure that Genting's FS? I think his genting's FS may be can grow to 1cm after moulted.

yes, tht picture post by viper88 really look like Deadman, i sure both of them are same species. both of them also from genting highland. Deadman is huge but don't know fight . just having a fighting stance (defense mode) similar to female T.Bha fighting stance. i feed Deadman for 2 weeks already. i believe tht Deadman's size may be at 9mm now. i had capture some new photo of Deadman today as below:

Nice pictures, hamkahchan. Maybe Deadman will only fight its own species. Put a mirror in front of Deadman. See whether it poses an "attacking" stance.

The molted is another male FS, smaller than the 1st male.
Test spar but both seems not interested to fight.
Same when try to spar with TBha, just walk around.

Bro Swee shared the grid pic bfr, its also 9mm.

utility47,before this I already tried put Deadman in front of a mirror, he just stop and look at the mirror for few second and did not poses any fighting stance then walk away. i tried many time already. i thought he is blind, but when i throw a food for him, he can see and eat that...

oic. Deadman also same. not intrested to fight even i put him in front of mirror, i think it only interested to eat and drink only.
