well then i suggest you try finding one with a full service record, and if possible bring a mechanic to inspect the car.
well with all used cars, you have the risk of getting one which wasn't taken care off. So just be careful and hope you find a good one.
btw you might want to get one with a manual gearbox as the steptronic/auto ones aren't really reliable and the price to change em when they go here in msia is like rm8k
i don't know about the states though.
btw to me mileage doesn't really matter if its "highway miles" my 5iver has done 260,000km mostly highway and its still running well, while you can see other 5ivers with only 50,000km which are in terrible condition cause they spend most of their life on terrible roads and the fact that they are malaysian units
Yeah man, I'd rather pay a mechanic $100 to inspect the car than to find out that my new purchase needs $2000 in repairs. well with all used cars, you have the risk of getting one which wasn't taken care off. So just be careful and hope you find a good one.

I believe it's the same man, I would definitely go with a stick shift as it's more fun and not as costly to maintain/replace.
Hmm that's true man. But it doesn't comfort buyers that the car has been well used!
