Good evening to all the sifus here.

I am a bit confused here, maybe you guys can help me out here.

I'm targetting my upper chest only, so i thought that i should target more on inclined bench press. But yesterday,
one of my friend told me that incline will target the lower chest and decline will target the upper chest.

So, i'm a bit confused here. So, can anyone clarify which position targets the upper muscle?

Punch your friend for me. Seriously. Or let me punch him.

What you believed in the first place is correct. Not your friend.
