The HD5145 in the JK is almost as good, except it uses 55nm die and has slightly slower clockspeed.

i can connect to my streamyx, but still cannot access the browser.
i wonder if it's laptop problem or router misconfiguration..

first time connecting at your streamyx with your wifi? how about before this? can connect?

Performance should be roughly the same. Maybe 3-5% slower since the JR's 5470 boast better clockspeeds.
