Jr series price is rm3099 and already out of production.. have been replace with Jk series..

Similar price, different GPU, downgrade abit, using ATi HD5145, no support DX11.
Jr discontinued due to shortage of ATi HD5470...

V-sign. u just google on how to install the chinese language. All windows have it. but u need to activate it. if not then im not sure whats yr prob. Hehe.
