Hardline Pro + SAM Turret package = imba?

Just got my Black Ops..The graphics is marvelous compared to the PS3 one(like half-life graphics)..lol

My graphics are set to Extra and Resolution set to 1920 x 1080 and not experiencing a single lagness.. I'm very satisfied with the game..

Call in SAM Turret, package comes down, use Hardline Pro to random another killstreak reward, then collect the package.

EDIT:
So if you have 3-4-5 killstreak reward (SAM, CP, Sentry). You basically have 3 chances to play the luck game within that lifetime.
