I would like to inquire for SONY notebook (VPCF116FG/BI model) for its performance. Is there's any model besides this? It's currently retailing at RM4,999 and would appreciate if anyone can recommend a trustworthy shop in Kuala Lumpur?

yeah.. big different.. of course 7.2k is a bit faster..

unfortunately, as for Malaysia store, its hardly follow the others for the update. the update usually a slightly late.

you have to read the manual of your projector. usually you can try accessing Network > Wireless Device once the device is ready.

theres a EA 3 series but the update is very minor, which an update on processor. theres another model falls under 14" which is the CW series. anyway before purchasing, play these model first at sonystyle so you can get the idea about build and stuff and make best decision.
i would recommend going to sonystyle store first before sony center. but if its for past model, sony center is the way to go.

difference only slightly faster reading and transfer speed.
the cons for 7.2k is heat and high than 5.4 power consumption on the battery.

Something wrong with my CS16G!!!!!
It suddenly turn off without any signer!
I'd try to restart and keep low temperature for it.
What's problem stick with it? Or what solution I should try to avoid this matters?

try to check the temperature of laptop using HWmonitor..

it is maybe overheated...

the best you could try is suck out all dust and clean your laptop very well..[internally]

Hey guys im using a Sony Vaio E series (VPCEA16FG) and im looking for a my ATi graphic drivers update (10.8) but I can't seem to find them. I know for a fact that the driver from ati/amd website is not supported on Sony Vaio, pls help. Thanks

I did operate the inner spec. And also clear it up not more then one month ago.
If it is overheated as you said(I guess yes), what next step I should do for it?

just wait for Sony releasing newer driver..

we cannot install any other than driver that produced by Sony..

You can install the driver for EA36. Well, it is only slightly newer though.

Did you hear any strange noise from your fan? or does it even working? if you found any problem with the fan, send to sony service center, they will do it foc for you regardless of your warranty. check here,
