Some interesting comment posted by a guy that used n8
QUOTE Yup it is 2-finger multi-touch. But the good news is that they fixed all those lag issues you see in the original N8 videos from April - pinch-zoom, swipes were working pretty smooth, in fact I will probably get down-ranked for saying..."iPhone smooth" :-) Seriously the capacitive sensor and UI responsiveness on the N8 easily equals the iPhone's which till I now I considered the best one in the industry. Android doesn't even come close - I tried my N1 with Froyo and compared it to my friend's N8. No contest N8 was loads more responsive than the N1. So that should settle the 1Ghz debate. If what he said were true , then it should be really good. |

I could say people are quite stupid enough to buy iphone when N8 release to the market. Unless for showing off or apps purpose. |

Hopefully the ridiculous video call only on wifi for iphone 4 will make people realize how much they are being ripped off by apple.

the only 'light at the end of the tunnel' for nokia is their Ovi Store.
If this store fails to attract users and developers, I must say, even IF Nokia put core i7 in their phone next year, iphone still kick their asses. |

I don't even use Ovi yet my N82 still does what it does best so I doubt it will be its Achilles' heel.

QUOTE(zero_kbom @ Jun 13 2010, 12:52 AM) and KICKASS hardware. Last time ppl complain they are able to play but laggy. Since the n8 have good processing power and 3D hardware i think it should be fine.Seriously, where do you find cellphones with top notch cam, large internal memory + microsd expansion, great call quality, GPS+ free navigation and on top of dat, great battery life. Its a Nokia The main reasons y I still stick with Nokia LOL Now2 if only their symbian phones allow unconverted video playback..... Nokia N900 supports unconverted video playback. Tested it |
