seems like so many project around here targeting to launch at this time. From the look of it of the map, the entrance shall be from Opposite McD site, close to the traffic light junction, beside the upcoming yet to be launch commercial parcel of Hong Bee Land.

Finally the upgrading of Jalan Batu Arang is underway, though it might take a couple of years to complete the whole stretch from toll to M Residence junction.

Though access is better, biggest problem is the developer..guocoland omg. Speechless. The boss should just focus what they are good at which is banking and tiles. Forget about property development. Planning and execution is terrible.

I sometimes wonder.... What is the point of that private pool!
