There are some issues raised by EG purchasers to be iron up by them, as long as they don't take it seriously, less likely they able to sell there next phase of 3 storey super link.

seems like so many project around here targeting to launch at this time. From the look of it of the map, the entrance shall be from Opposite McD site, close to the traffic light junction, beside the upcoming yet to be launch commercial parcel of Hong Bee Land. thumbup.gif

the location u describe is correct.
Pricing info not firm yet, as they have not finalized the layout yet, tentatively will be launched 1st Q of 2015.
