The thing is Type A width 24" width...so after minus out the interspace than it only left < 22", so less spacious feel.

Take EG for example, I heard that there are many complains from their existing buyers and the developer is not accommodating. Guocoland takes their own sweet time, "turtles steps" to respond.

No...they are Hua Ren Lai De. Guocoland belongs to Hong Leong mah....
Don't expect them to go extra miles, if they can deliver 80% on what they have promised and advertised, considered very ok already

Another development coming to this enclave, total size of development 65.4 acres, 505 units of landed properties, freehold, GnG.

it's behind Anggun 1, but on the North of jalan Batu Arang, thus not at the Anggun 3 site.

No...medium size range developer. Not BRDB.
The developer warns to keep low until the APDL approved.
